Judged Shows Series 2022
An affordable, relaxed summer show series for the local horse and rider-

Masks are to be worn at your own discretion, and social distancing still encouraged.
We will not be excepting on-line entries this year, the entry booth will be open.
Venmo will still be available, but must be paid using the QR code at the entry booth.
Shows Start at 9 AM
Rain date, will be held at the next scheduled show date and run as a double show.
If a show is going to be canceled, it will be posted on our fb page on Saturday after 5PM.
A negative coggins taken within the last 12 months must be present.
Classes are $15.00 each
All classes are open to English and Western, proper attire must be worn in both.
All riders under 18 years old must wear a helmet with harness securely fastened whenever mounted.
To be eligible for Year End points you must be a paid member and show in at least 3 out of the 4 shows, must show in the same division at least 3 times for points to count.
Show Committee reserves the right to change, cancel, or combine classes.
Lunches are no longer sold on site, Snacks and drinks are available. There are several restaurants within 1/2 mile of the CCEA show grounds.
Lead line handlers must be 16 years or older, for riders age 10 & under or any age therapeutic rider.
Walk Trot is open to all ages and divided into Juniors/Seniors
Juniors are 15 & under
Seniors are 16 & over
Walk Trot Jr (15 & U) Sr (16 & O) To be shown at a walk trot only. May not crossing enter into any class requiring a
canter/lope. Will divide if entries warrant it.
Novice is open to any age rider, in their first year of cantering at our show.
Discipline Rail, is a test of skills on both horse and rider, as they execute specific gaits, transitions and movements
requested by the judge. Examples: transitions to and from any gait, preform a number of steps of any gait, extensions,
collections of any gait. Counter canter, leg yields, halt, back and more.
Horsemanship: to preform a posted pattern, individually. Pattern will be posted on our fb page the week before the show.
Green Horse Walk Trot: to be shown at a walk trot only. Can enter into any other walk trot division. Two hands allowed
western, when using a round ring or D bit snaffle. Riders must be at least 10 yrs of age.
Green Horse Walk Trot Canter: Open to horses/ponies in their first or second year cantering at our show. Two hands
allowed western, when using a round ring or D bit snaffle. May enter other classes requiring a canter/lope. Riders must be at least 10 yrs of age.
Sm Pony/Mini: open to any age, must be able to safely control your animal. Trail is judged on performance of the pony/mini over obstacles with emphasis on manners, response to handler and attitude. pattern will be poster. Jumping in hand, no chain leads over nose or in mouth. Sneakers or boots are acceptable in this class only. Person showing cannot jump the obstacle with pony/mini. Course will include one change of direction, jumping a total of 4 jumps. Pattern will be posted.
Open Showmanship is a performance class with the emphasis to be placed on the exhibitor's ability to show the animal. The horse is merely a prop. Pattern will be posted.
Hunter in Hand will be judged individually on a triangular pattern. May be shown in a plain leather halter or bridle. Attire can be huntseat clothing or polo shirt and khaki pants. Pattern will be posted.
Open Trail tests the maneuverability of the horse and rider through an obstacle course. Scoring is based on horse's willingness, ease and grace in negotiating the course. Pattern will be posted.
